Sounding to the Rhythm of Spring

Join us on a special day of togetherness as we celebrate and call in Spring’s bloom and festive colours, filled with joyful moments of music, movement and drumming in the beautiful countryside.

From ancient times people have come together to honour and cultivate gratitude for the cycles that sustain life. Nature’s Rhythm is the one of Creation. By moving with its pulse, we become grounded, empowered and harmonised with the flow of life.

‘The forest does not care what your hair looks like. The mountains do not move for any job title. The rivers keep running regardless of your social media following, your salary or your popularity. The flowers keep on blooming, whether or not you make mistakes. Nature just is, and welcomes you, just as you are. Out capacity to experience these truths allows us to feel, in the moment, unconditionally accepted.’

- Wabi Sabi, Beth Kempton.

Mollie, Sam & Regina have come together to create a journey - a journey which will invite us to feel the rhythm and energy of the light of the sun, and align with our own bright light. As the light of the sun illuminates the sky, our own light illuminates all that we perceive as reality, all that we feel, and all action we take.

From midday to evening, we will sing, move, drum and meditate - to embody the most amazing immersive experience of rejuvenation and nourishment.  We will connect to this beautiful land and invite in the Elements to illuminate that which permeates our internal and external landscape. Thus, our journey is wholesome, embodied and guides our ability to tune in with our needs, rhythm and creative flow state.

As a community we would like this day to be a space where we can all share our beautiful gifts, so we invite you to bring whatever it is that lights you up…instruments, writings, free movement , poetry… there will be a space of sharing for you to participate in or receive, and as such we have the chance to honour each of our uniqueness, however it wishes to express on this day.  What a gift!

We will be closing our circle by the fire, followed by a live concert with Sam Garrett into the evening.
