Relax by the outdoor pool and find serenity in the tranquil garden set among lush palm trees that scatter the island. Attentively designed rooms neighbour a sun-kissed terrace where you will enjoy fresh meals with delicious healthy local produce. Floral trellises border the splendid outdoor spaces, resplendent in the sounds and smells of the nearby coast.

From daily yoga, meditation, and live music, to dance and mindfulness techniques, experience this unique holistic yoga and meditation immersion in the stunning Balearic Islands.

Working with facilitators whose passions span fields that range from Meditation, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yoga Nidra, Reiki and Pranayama, to Crystal Bowl Sound Healing, and Dance; all with the intention of inspiring your own understanding of and connection to your body and unique rhythm. 

Feast on locally sourced, freshly prepared dishes daily. With a background in nutrition and yoga our chef is passionate about sharing her knowledge to empower you to make healthier decisions with food and for nurturing the body into its optimum state! 

Whether you have been flowing on your mat for years or are taking your first steps, this immersion will hold a container for you to explore exactly what it is you need right now. 

Together we will cultivate a space facilitating Self Exploration and deeper listening, as we we sink into the interconnectivity of Body, Mind, and Heart.

These offerings will be specifically structured to empower you to develop your own personal practice, connect with your inner rhythm, and find the strength to implement what you learn into your daily routine... so that you are able to move through the world from a place of greater clarity, peace, and presence.
